Jonathan has been active within the disrupter sphere since 1990 when he started working on decentralised processes platform for billing systems based on operational data, developing track and trace for the express freight industry and and a unique approach approach to patient journey modelling for public and private hospitals. He is an avid technologist with a passion for technology enabled productivity.
Jonathan is focused on designing smart information gathering and process improvement services that deliver valuable efficiencies for business. His extensive experience in smart form design has given him insight into how information can be utilized by clients to drive better business decision making. Creating solutions that reduce information collection times, improving and automating information flow within an organisation is a key focus. Over the last 5 years Jonathan has become the expert in forms, mainly digital forms and migrating from paper-based forms to digital. He has been responsible for designing the patented LGen Platform, which provides the backbone of his current business LGen Estate Planning.
Being proficient in German and currently learning French he has always valued good communication skills. He has also learnt to speak 10 other languages to aid his work, holidays or charitable work. As a keen rugby player he has maintained his health & fitness over the years. He can be still seen on the playing fields around Sydney, playing Masters rugby. Since 2012 he has become a very keen hiker having completed both the Overland Track and Great Ocean Walk & in 2017 the Kangaroo Island trail along with his wife, he is currently working towards an end to end hike of the 1,300km Heysen Trail. As a father of three, he is a very hands on father being involved in both their sporting and school life’s, in fact every Wednesday he can be seen teaching Ethics in Grays Point.
